Storm of the century

About two days ago my town got hit with one for the worst storms I've ever been alive for. It was easily the loudest thunder I have ever heard! I seriously thought we were going to have a tornado, because it started hailing. And my dad was like "It usually hails before a tornado." So that made me really scared. I tend to think the worst thins are going to happen in those situations.

Even though we didn't have a tornado our electricity went out twice. Once for 2 minutes, and then again for 10-15 minutes. The second time was because a telephone wire caught on fire a few blocks away from my house. Which I was so tempted to go and see. XD

The storm was so bad it even made a huge branch break off and almost crash into my house. Luckily it didn't, it was kind of resting up against slightly.

I actually won something!

Every month I get Seventeen magazine because I'm a girl and I'm lame. I also enter the monthly freebies cause I'm a loser. Even though I enter ever month I never win. And moreover, I never win anything cool.

Well at least half of this came true. I actually won a seventeen freebie. Which is AMAZING! I had a mini heart attack when I won. But my excitement was soon over shadowed when I found out I won. Yes, me and 5,000 other Seventeen readers won a free spray on tan.
Winning is awesome, but winning that sucks! I would never in a million years get a spray on tan. I'm just not the type to get one.
But I guess winning that in a way is cool, if you're actually going to use it. Aren't spray tans like $60?

The coupon expired on the 20th, but on like the 22nd I got another email from Seventeen. It said something like: To claim your Hollywood Tan find the nearest store in your area. Hollywood Tans has the name of all the winners, so be sure to bring some form of ID.

I laughed at the fact that I needed an ID for a spray tan and the fact that the email was late.


And just because this isn't LJ, here's the song this post made me think of. Even though I am a winner. XDXD Enjoy the screamoness. :P

Cardboard no, Delicious yes

My mom got a free sample of a Kellogg's fiber bar in the mail recently. She also got a sample of fiber cereal and a fiber drink. But I decided to try the fiber bar. I was a little hesitant to eat it because it was a fiber bar and it could be disgusting. But I was mostly hesitant because it had dried strawberries in it. And I hate strawberries. XD

But I ate it anyway. And it was actually really good! Like not even mediocre. It was so good I would possible eat it over a granola bar. Possibly...if the granola bar didn't have chocolate chips. x_X

So here's a picture of the bar because you're probably dying to see what it looks like. ;P

I hate that this is foggy too! I took the picture specifically so you could see all the stuff that was in it. I also could have made it clearer on photoshop, but I honestly don't feel like doing that.

So, there you go. The bar was pretty much amazing and I apparently had 40% of fiber for the day. ^^

Buffy no more!

Heather and I finished watching Buffy The Vampire Slayer recently. After getting the series over a span of 2 years and watching the final season for 12 hours straight, it's finally over. As much as I wanted to so how it ended I can't help but feel a wave of sadness. I always get really sad when I finish watching a series. You get so attached to them, it's almost like losing a good friend. XD It is! Though the only series I watched that ended were animes and Japanese dramas. It's still sad.
But Buffy is the first actually series I watch that ended. Sure, it ended years after I got it on DVD. But whatever. Most of the series I watch are still on air, because there's honestly not that much series that I watch. I watch a lot of reality TV and overall weird shows. I doubt AOTS will be ending anytime soon. I'd die. It was bad enough Brendan and Sarah left. Then they got that idiot Olivia. O_O
Anyway, the last season didn't really end that great. They could have ended it 100 times better. They could have made the entire last season in general better. But there's really nothing I can do about that.

I really wish there were more shows like Buffy on TV. Heroes, True Blood, and Supernatural are like the only Buffy-esque shows out there.

I'm still alive blog

When I first started my blog I had every intention to post in it all the time. As you can tell I haven't written on her in a while. Some of it was because I forgot, but most was just laziness. XD I just haven't really felt like blogging lately, in either of my blogs. Which is not really a good thing. >_>
My lack of updates wasn't because I had nothing to write about either. Over the weeks, or however long its been, I've had a few things to blog about. But I was just lazy. ._.
So you know what that means? Mass update spam! Hopefully this will be the only update spam I'll have to do on my blog. I'll also be doing the spam in the same order the events happened. XD

Just because I'm jealous of LJ because you can post what song you're listening to, here's a youtube vid. I'm actually not even listening to this song right now, I just immediately thought of this song the entire time I wrote this post. I'm sure someone out there missed my blog. Maybe. XD

So most people reading this, should now by now that I like Japanese music. And because I like Jpop I'm on a couple of singing forums. But the cover group I'm talking about now is Sekai no Melody.

SnM has its own youtube page and uploads videos of the groups releases. And songs that I'm in were finally uploaded. Which makes me really happy. And also a little epic. :]

The songs were part of Anime!Project's 2nd release and it focused on Bleach openings. I was in two songs for that release.

Do you wanna get frosty with me?

So the other night I tried Wendy's new Twisted Frostys. I didn't get the Coffee Toffee one though. I totally wanted to get that one for lolz.

Instead I got the M&M one.

It was actually really good.

It was like a McFlurry, but with way more toppings and way more epic. But it was a little on the small side. :/

I really want to get another one soon. I'm thinking of getting either the Toll House Cookie one of the Coffee Toffee one.


And I just have to post the Twisted Frosty commercial. It's currently one of my favorite commercials. :D And the lead guy looks almost exactly like this guy I know! LOLZ.

I have no life ._.

Apparently my family has nothing better to do then torture my poor dog Gizmo. And I also apparently have nothing better to do. Lolz. XD

So recently my mom, Heather, and I thought it would be funny to make Gizmo hold a sign that says I'm gay. And it was actually a lot more funny when it happened compared to now. I guess it was one of those you had to be there moments.

So, the whole time I tried to get a picture of him holding it, but that was a lot harder than I thought it would be. He's just to fast! ._.
